I follow you closely and enjoy your facebook connection.
I am very interested in getting my gelcoat shinny a qain. Could you recomment some products and techniques? I have a 1988 Hunter26.5.

Mike,

This article on gelcoat maintenance is a pretty good guide. When restoring a badly neglected hull, recommend testing on a small section taking the least aggressive approach first. On older boats, if you get too aggressive with the wetsanding, you’ll sand away what’s left of your gelcoat.
